If you do not feel comfortable injecting yourself, you may come in the office and have one of us do your injection for you.

Feeling ill? Can't get in to see a provider? We can help. We have the ability to send in prescription medications deemed appropriate in treating your simple illness to any local pharmacy.
Ivy Tech Physical - $60
Students attending Ivy Tech programs that require a physical exam. You must have 2 TB tests completed before we can sign off on your physical exam. Please bring your immunization history. Please read the physical form carefully and bring all appropriate forms to your appointment.
